Alessandra and Aldo, your hosts
We are Alessandra and Aldo, and we welcome you to Les Fleurs D'Aquilou.
Alessandra holds a PhD in Forestry and Environmental Sciences, with a deep passion for nature and mountains. Aldo is a skilled craftsman who personally designed many of the wood and stone details that make our apartments unique.
We chose to transform this ancient mountain structure into a place where we can share with you the beauty of Valle d'Aosta, the tranquility of Thouraz, and the authentic hospitality that defines us.
Each apartment has been designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and a genuine connection with nature. We will be happy to recommend the best trails, local producers, and the most authentic places in the area.
The Property
Immersed in nature at 1700 m above sea level, we welcome you in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Wood, stone and large panoramic windows define the spaces: every detail is designed to enhance the landscape and the Aosta Valley tradition.
The property consists of four independent apartments, furnished with local materials and bespoke handcrafted furniture. The common and private spaces favor natural light and comfort, with large windows offering views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Outside you will find equipped areas, a private outdoor space for some apartments and a corner with a brazier for evenings in the open air.

An authentic awakening
Every morning we bring breakfast directly to your apartment in a comfortable basket. You will find:
- Homemade cakes
- Rye bread with figs, walnuts and raisins (homemade)
- Homemade jams (fruit from our garden trees)
- Butter, milk and yogurt (produced in Valle d'Aosta)
- Muesli and cornflakes
- Fruit juice
A genuine break to start the day among the mountains.
